Setting up Latam E-Document Certification SuiteApp for Chile
Follow these procedures to set up the Latam E-Document Certification SuiteApp for Chile.
Creating a Tax Authority Certification Service record for Chile
Follow these steps to create a Tax Authority Certification Service record for Chile.
To create a Tax Authority Certification Service for Chile:
After you save the record, several subtabs are displayed within the record.

Go to Setup > E-Document Certification > Tax Authority Certification Service > New.

In the Name field, enter the record name.

In the Tax Authority Plug-in Implementation field, select the tax authority plug-in implementation for the tax authority.

In the Certification Monitoring Plug-in Implementation field, select one or multiple certification monitoring plug-in implementations you want to associate with this tax authority certification service.

Click Save.
Sending E-Document to the Tax Authority for Certification (Chile)
Follow this procedure to submit the e-document to the tax authority for certification.
To send an e-document to the tax authority for certification:

Go to Setup > E-Document Certification > Tax Authority Certification Service

Click View next to the tax authority certification service you created.

Click New Certification Service Operation.
A new certification service operation record opens.

In the Name field, enter Gosocket CL Sending.
-
In the Tax Authority Certification field, add CL Gosocket.
-
In the Operation Type field, select Send E-Document.
-
In the E-Document Template field, select CL Gosocket. Electronic Invoice.

Click Save.
Checking Certification Status with Tax Authority (Chile)
Follow these steps to send a request to the tax authority inquiring on the certification progress.
To send a request to the tax authority inquiring on the certification progress:

Go to Setup > E-Document Certification > Tax Authority Certification Service.

Click View next to the tax authority certification service you created.
-
Click New Certification Service Operation.
A new certification service operation record opens.

In the Name field, enter Gosocket CL get Files.
-
In the Tax Authority Certification field, add CL Gosocket.
-
In the Operation Type field, select send e-document.
-
Click Save.
Updating E-Document for the Tax Authority (Chile)
To send an updated version of the e-document to the tax authority for certification:

Go to Setup > E-Document Certification > Tax Authority Certification Service.

Click View next to the tax authority certification service you created.
-
Click New Certification Service Operation.
A new certification service operation record opens.

In the Name field, enter Gosocket CL get Files.
-
In the Tax Authority Certification field, add CL Gosocket.
-
In the Operation Type field, select update.
-
Click Save.
Adding Certification Service URL (Chile)
Follow these steps to map the Certification Web Service URL and the Certification Service Operation
To add certification service URL for Chile

Go to Setup > E-Document Certification > Tax Authority Certification Service.

Click View next to the tax authority certification service you created.
-
Click the Web Service URLs subtab.
-
Click New Certification Service URL.
-
A new certification service URL record opens.
-
In the Tax Authority Certification Service field, add CL Gosocket
-
In the Certification Environment field, select the certification environment from the tax authority this URL connects to.

In the Certification Web Service URL field, enter the URL for the tax authority’s E-Document Certification web service.
-
In the Certification Service Operation field, select the type of operation that can be requested from the tax authority through this web service URL.

Click Save.
Creating API Secret (Chile)
To create an API secret for Chile:

Go to Setup > Company > API Secrets.
-
At the top of the page, click Create New.
-
In the Name field, enter the record name.
-
In the Password field, enter a valid password (between 16 and 32 characters).

Under the Restrictions subtab:
-
Check the Allow For All Scripts box.
-
Check the Allow For All Domains box.
-
-
Click Save.
Defining E-Document Certification Settings
To define e-document certification settings:

Go to Setup > E-Document Certification > Tax Authority Certification Service
-
Click View next to the tax authority certification service you created.
-
Click the Certification Settings subtab.
-
Click New E-Document Certification Settings.
A new e-document certification settings record opens.

In the Tax Authority Certification Service field, select CL Gosocket.
-
In the Subsidiary field, select the Chile subsidiary.
-
In the E-Document Category field, select Electronic Invoice for Goods.
-
In the E-Document Folder ID, enter the internal ID of the file cabinet folder in which to save the certified e-documents.
-
In the Certification Environment field, select the environment to which you send the e-documents you generate.
-
In the API Secret ID field, enter the ID of the API secret you created in the previous procedure.
Adding Custom Fields for Certification
To add a custom field for certification:

Go to Setup > E-Document Certification > Tax Authority Certification Service.

Click View next to the tax authority certification service you created.
-
Click the Certification Settings subtab.
-
Click Edit next to the certification settings record.
The e-document certification settings record opens.

Click the Custom Fields subtab.
-
Click Certification Custom Fields and add the following information:

In the Custom Field Key field, enter the key to identify the information the tax authority requires you to provide for the custom field. In this case the value must be Token.

In the Custom Field Value field, enter the technology provider Token.

Click Save.
-
Open the previous record.
-
On the Custom Fields subtab > Certification Custom Fields, add the following information:

In the Custom Field Key field, enter a key to identify the information you need to fill in for the custom field required by the tax authority. In this case, enter Credentials.

In the Custom Field Value field, enter the technology provider Credentials.
-

Click Save.
-
Open the previous record.
-
On the Custom Fields subtab > Certification Custom Fields, add the following information:

In the Custom Field Key field, enter a key to identify the information you need to fill in for the custom field required by the tax authority. In this case, enter Certificate.

In the Custom Field Value field, enter false.
-

Click Save.
