Service Tier Dashboard
The Service Tier Dashboard lets you see your NetSuite account usage and Service Tier metrics. The Service Tier metrics include:
-
File Cabinet Size (GB): The storage capacity in your file cabinet. This number is accurate as of the previous day.
-
Full Licensed Users: The number of full licensed users purchased for your account.
-
Monthly Transaction Lines (previous month): The accumulated total number of transaction lines created in your account for the previous month.
-
Average Monthly Transaction Lines (previous six-month average): The rolling monthly average based on the last six months of transaction lines.
-
SuiteCloud Plus Licenses: The number of SuiteCloud Plus Licenses purchased for your account. SuiteCloud Plus Licenses increase parallel processing capabilities and let you process larger batches of transactions, data import/export jobs, and scheduled scripts. For more details, see SuiteCloud Plus Settings.
If you exceed one or more service tier limits, administrators will see a banner message and receive an email notification with further instructions.
If the limit you have exceeded is File Cabinet Storage, you will be granted a 90 day grace period for this limit only. You can use this time to either optimize your current storage, or discuss service tier upgrade options with your Account Manager.
To view your account usage details in the Service Tier Dashboard, go to Setup > Company > Service Tier Dashboard.
