Service Tier Dashboard

The Service Tier Dashboard gives you a real-time view into your account’s usage metrics. The following service tier metrics are shown:

To view your account’s usage details in the Service Tier Dashboard, go to Setup > Company > Service Tier Dashboard or go to Setup > Company > View Billing Information and then click on your current service tier.

Your provisioned account limits might differ from the service tier limits. For example, with a Premium service tier, the service tier maximum number of SuiteCloud+ licenses you can purchase is three, but you might have purchased only one. Your provisioned limit is one, but the service tier limit in this instance is three.

You will be alerted if your account metrics go above your service tier limits.

NetSuite Service Tiers fall into one of three statuses and are indicated by the status icons below: Meeting operational needs, Nearing usage limits, and Exceeding usage limits.

The following descriptions can help direct your next steps to ensure that your account has the resources it needs for optimal service tier execution.

Service tier metrics are within limits

Usage between 0-80% of limits

You are within the usage limits of your current service tier, and its resources are serving your business well.

white exclamation point

Service tier metrics are approaching limits

Usage between 80-100% of limits

Your current service tier resources are nearing or have reached their usage limits this month. You should review your resource usage and seriously consider upgrading to a higher service tier.

red exclamation point

Service tier metrics are above limits

Usage exceeds 100% of limits.

You have exceeded multiple service tier usage limits. For optimal execution within your account, you should contact your account manager to upgrade to a higher service tier to better serve your increased operational needs.
