Service Tier Dashboard
The Service Tier Dashboard lets you see your NetSuite account usage and Service Tier metrics. The Service Tier metrics include:

File Cabinet Size (GB): The storage capacity in your file cabinet. This number is accurate as of the previous day.

Full Licensed Users: The number of full licensed users provisioned in your account.

Monthly Transaction Lines (previous month): The accumulated total number of transaction lines created in your account for the previous month.

Average Monthly Transaction Lines (previous six-month average): The rolling monthly average based on the last six months of transaction lines.

SuiteCloud Plus Licenses: The number of SuiteCloud Plus Licenses provisioned in your account. SuiteCloud Plus Licenses increase parallel processing capabilities and let you process larger batches of transactions, data import/export jobs, and scheduled scripts. To view your account usage details in the Service Tier Dashboard, go to Setup > Company > Service Tier Dashboard.
Interpreting Service Tier Dashboard Details
You can see the following details for your account:

Current: The number of resources currently used, or licenses provisioned, in your account.

Service Tier Limit: The maximum number of resources you can purchase under your current service tier.

% of Service Tier Limit: The current value of resources used, as a percentage of your resources limit.
NetSuite Service Tiers fall into one of three statuses and are indicated by the status icons below: Under limit, Near limit, and Over limit.

You're over your service tier limits. For optimal account utilization, contact your account manager to upgrade to a higher service tier to better meet your needs. |
