Prerequisites for Installing the Intelligent Payment Automation SuiteApp

Before you install the Intelligent Payment Automation SuiteApp, enable the following required features for the SuiteApp.

  1. Enable the following prerequisite features as an Administrator:

    • Company features: File Cabinet

    • Accounting features: A/P and Accounting Periods

    • Transactions features: Vendor Payment Instruments

    • CRM features: Online Forms and Customer Relationship Management

    • SuiteCloud features: Custom Records, Advanced PDF/HTML Templates, Client SuiteScript, Server SuiteScript, and SuiteCloud Development Framework

  2. Ensure there is an active standard CFO role in your account. For more information, see Standard Roles Permissions Table.
