Configuring E-document Notes for Subsidiaries

E-document Notes can be entered manually or they can be copied from the Subsidiary to newly created transaction.

To enter E-document Note manually:

  1. Go to Transactions > Sales > Create Invoices > List.

  2. Click Edit next to the invoice.

  3. Go to the France E-Invoicing subtab.

  4. Select the Note Subject Code and the Note Text.

  5. Click Add.

  6. Click Save.

To configure E-document Notes for Subsidiaries

  1. Go to Customization > Lists, Records & Fields > Record Types.

  2. Locate the EUEI FR E-Doc Notes Subsidiary Config.

  3. Click New Record in the New Record column.

  4. On the EUEI FR E-Doc Notes Subsidiary Config page, fill in the following fields:

    • Note Subject Code

    • Note Text

    • Subsidiary

  5. Click Save.

  6. (Optional) Repeat the configuration for additional subsidiaries as needed.

To configure Invoice Sales Orders:

  1. Go to Transaction > Sales > Invoice Sales Orders.

  2. On the Invoice page, go to the France E-invoicing subtab.

  3. Select the following fields:

    • France Mandate Type

    • France Invoice Type

    • France Business Process Type

    • France E-document Profile

    • France VAT Due Date Code

  4. Click Save.

To configure Credit Memo:

  1. Go to Transactions > Customers > Issue Credit Memos.

  2. On the Credit Memo page, go to France E-invoicing subtab.

  3. Select the Note Subject Code from the list.

  4. Enter the note content in the Note Text field.

  5. Click Save.
