Statistical Sampling Roles

Each of the following three roles can perform different tasks within the statistical sampling workflow.

• Quality Administrator: Set up and configure the Statistical Sampling process, including:

  • Define statistical sampling templates.

  • Set inspection criteria.

  • Map sampling plans to items, volumes, and transactions.

• Quality Engineer: Perform inspections based on the configured sampling criteria, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Quality Administrator: Review inspection results to ensure that they adhere to Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) and ISO standards. Take appropriate actions based on failure categories (critical, major, and minor).
