Creating Custom Saved Searches from Close Management and Consolidation Sync Record Types

To check the integration status, you can create saved searches from the available Close Management and Consolidation Sync record types. For example, you can create a saved search that daily sends you an email with a list of jobs that failed during a specified time period. You can also create a saved search that collects execution logs for you.

The applicable Close Management and Consolidation Sync record types include the following:

To create a saved search from a record type:

  1. Go to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.

  2. Click the record type of your choice.

    Note:

In NetSuite, the terms “jobs” and “projects” are used interchangeably. Therefore, NetSuite displays NSFC | Projects and NSFC | Project Execution Log for the NSFC | Jobs and NSFC | Job Execution Log record types.

  3. Enter a title for the search.

  4. Make any other necessary changes, and click Save.
