Login Screen
This screen controls access to the sensitive business data within the Field Service Mobile app. The user must provide a valid login/password pair to proceed past this screen and gain full access to the app.

Task List screen
The Task List screen is effectively the “home” screen of the Field Service Mobile app. From this screen the user can view a map showing the user’s current location and the location of all displayed tasks, select a particular task from the list to see more detail, refresh the task data from the cloud, add a new task or logout.

Task List |
Contains an entry for each assigned task that falls within the configured date range. From each of these entries the user can either navigate to the Selected Task Details screen for more detail or can launch their mobile device’s default GPS mapping app to view the route to the task. |

Task List screen -Map view
Description
The Map View within the Task List screen allows the user to see their current location as well as the location for task shown in the Task List within the Task List screen.

Selected Task Details screen
This screen informs the user of more detailed information about the current task. It also allows the user to view a map, start and complete the task and navigate to each of the tab screens.

Task General Details |

This list shows all of the available tabs. It allows the user to navigate to the tab screen for any particular tab by simply pressing on its entry within the tab list. |

Selected Task Details screen -Map view
This screen allows the user to view a map showing their location, the task location, the fastest route and the travel time (without traffic delays).

Control Bar |
The Control Bar contains buttons which allow the user to navigate back to the standard view of the Selected Task Details screen as well as a button which launches the Mobile device’s default GPS mapping app to view the displayed route with a more advanced data such as live traffic data. |

This map displays the user’s current location and the location of the selected task. This map also shows the quickest route to the task location without traffic being taken into account. |
