Field Service Mobile Screen Layout

Starting version 2024.08, maps are rendered using Oracle Maps.

Field Service Mobile is a very simple app to navigate around. These are only screen types that you will need to know about:

Update screen

At start up the Field Service Mobile app checks whether there are any updates to itself.

If there is a new version the Update screen is displayed and shows the user, the progress of the update.

Allows you to enter your email address and password to log into the system.

Shows you assigned tasks ordered from oldest to newest date.

Depending on the resolution of the mobile device used a map showing the location of all tasks in the list.

Allows you to add a new task that is not necessarily related to any of your currently assigned tasks.

Shows you more detail for the selected task including a map displaying the route to the task location.

In addition to the extra task detail, this screen shows a list of tab headings.

Also allows you to start and complete the selected task.

Shows you the content of a particular tab so that you can read or record information for the selected task.

Each tab may have multiple screens.
