Viewing Churn by Item Trends
You can use the Churn By Item portlet to view the distribution of lost revenue across different products. Each slice of the pie chart represents the proportion of churn attributed to the selected item.
The Churn by Item portlet is affected by both the dashboard filters and the portlet filters. When you use the Churn by Item portlet and change the portlet filters, the dashboard filters are overridden. The portlet filters gets overridden by the dashboard filters again after applying the dashboard filters. Only the item filter is not overridden.
You can use this portlet either in current view or committed view. When viewing churn rate by item, ensure that the appropriate metric is selected from the dashboard filters.
