The following metrics are available on the KPI Scorecard portlet:

To view retention KPIs:

Log in to NetSuite.

Go to Subscription Metrics > Retention Metrics tab, then click View.

(Optional) Set filters for the dashboard reports.

Set the comparison period for the KPI Scorecard portlet. The portlet displays the comparison between this month and last month by default.
To view the churn rate drilldown report:

Go to the Accessing the Retention Metrics Dashboard.

On the KPI Scorecard portlet, click the Gross Logo Churn Rate percentage or the Gross Revenue Churn Rate percentage.
To view the net revenue rate drilldown report:

Go to the Accessing the Retention Metrics Dashboard.

On the KPI Scorecard portlet, the Gross Revenue Retention percentage or the Net Revenue Retention percentage.
