CSV Pivot Tables Can Respect User Regional Settings

When this feature is enabled, generated pivot table CSV files respect user regional settings for comma and thousand separators.

A pivot table CSV file is generated and available for download after you run the report if the Generate Pivot Table file box is checked in the report properties form under the Other section.
