Audit Trail Values Available in Summary Reports
This feature enables you to include information from the audit trail stored in SuiteProjects Pro in summary reports.
When enabled, you can select the fields for which you want to retrieve values from the audit trail information when setting up your summary report.
These audit trail value reporting fields corresponding to the field <field label> for record type <record type> are listed as Audit – <record type> – <field label>
, where <field label>
is the field for which you want to retrieve historical value from the audit trail information, and <record type>
is the type of record the field is for.
When you run the summary report for a specific period, the report includes the value of the fields at that specific point in time and shows the name of the user who changed the value.
