Configuring and Using SuiteProjects Pro Integrations and Add-on Services

This section summarizes the security considerations for SuiteProjects Pro integrations and add-on services. For more detailed information, refer to the individual guides for each of these integrations or add-on services.

The following integrations and add-on services are currently supported and covered in this section:

• Add-on services available as desktop or mobile applications - see Add-on Services - Security Considerations. These includes:

  • Desktop applications for account administrators:

    • SuiteProjects Pro Exchange Integration Manager - enables to send project task assignments, resource bookings, and schedule request calendar commitments from SuiteProjects Pro to Outlook calendars for all defined users.

      Warning:

      Support for Exchange Integration Manager (EIM) will end on January 13, 2026. After this date, you will not receive any updates, issue fixes, or customer support for EIM.

      Effective October 1, 2026, you may not be able to use EIM to integrate SuiteProjects Pro with Exchange Online. The EIM installer and all access to SuiteProjects Pro from EIM may be removed in future.

      If your organization uses the EIM desktop application to integrate SuiteProjects Pro with Exchange Online or Exchange Server, switch to an alternative solution before October 1, 2026. For more information, see End of Support for Exchange Integration Manager.

    • SuiteProjects Pro Integration Manager - enables the exchange of data between SuiteProjects Pro and other applications using CSV text files.

  • Desktop applications for professionals and project managers:

    • SuiteProjects Pro OffLine - extends your SuiteProjects Pro access to your personal computer when offline.

    • SuiteProjects Pro Outlook Connector - enables the export of SuiteProjects Pro calendar items to an Outlook calendar for a single user.

    • SuiteProjects Pro Project Connector - enables the exchange of project plan information between SuiteProjects Pro and Microsoft Project.

  • Mobile applications:

    • SuiteProjects Pro Mobile for Android - enables Timesheets and Expenses entry using a native application on Android mobile devices.

    • SuiteProjects Pro Mobile for iPhone - enables Timesheets and Expenses entry using a native application on iPhone devices.

• SuiteProjects Pro Business Intelligence Connector - enables access to SuiteProjects Pro data as an OData V4 data feed from your Business Intelligence tools. See Business Intelligence Connector - Security Considerations.

• SuiteProjects Pro NetSuite Connector - provides a seamless data flow between SuiteProjects Pro and NetSuite. See NetSuite Integration - Security Considerations.
