Security focuses on protecting your SuiteProjects Pro environment from employees trying to access SuiteProjects Pro without proper permission or the sharing or showing of information to others.
Go to Administration > Global Settings > Account > Security. You can control the following features from the Security administration form:

Two-Factor Authentication — Two-factor authentication adds more security to SuiteProjects Pro with an extra verification step during sign-in.

Employee Lockout — Employee lockout is a security feature that ensures employees have an active account and have knowledge of the password to access SuiteProjects Pro.

Session Timeout — The session timeout features ensures users need to re-enter either their passwords or their full credentials after a given period without user interaction.

Secured Short URLs — Control access to the online invoice URL that SuiteProjects Pro generates automatically when an invoice is created.
