NetSuite Account Center
From the NetSuite Account Center, you can view support cases and issues, and contact Customer Support.
Before you can access the NetSuite Account Center:

If you use NetSuite, ask your NetSuite account administrator to assign you a role with the NetSuite Account Center or NetSuite Account Center (Basic) permission.

If you do not have a NetSuite account, contact SuiteProjects Pro Support and request access to the NetSuite Account Center through the NetSuite Customer Center Portal. Be sure to indicate your phone number and availability – our Customer Support team will need to schedule a call with you to verify your identity before giving you access to the NetSuite Customer Center Portal.
The NetSuite Account Center includes the following portlets and tabs:

Customer Center – Home Links portlet – Depending on your role permission, you can use this portlet to:

Make payments, review statements, transactions, and estimates.

Contact Support.

View support cases and issues.
Click See Support Cases to view a list of cases entered for your company, or click Open Cases in the Quick View portlet for quick access to your open cases. A Quick Sort dropdown list lets you sort cases by Incident Date or Last Message Date, or to select a subset of cases: -All-, Recently Created, Recently Modified, Recently Closed, Recently Reopened, or Recently Viewed.
Click See Support Issues to view a list of issues (reported defects or enhancement requests) associated with your support cases. A Quick Sort dropdown list enables you to select a subset of issues to display: Recently Created, Recently Modified, or Recently Viewed.

Privacy Compliance tab – Depending on your role permission, you can use this tab to request one of the following audit reports for SuiteProjects Pro. To do so, click Audit Report Request. The list of your previous audit report requests appears. Click New Audit Report Request.

SSAE 18 (SOC1/SOC2)/ISAE 3402 Type II – A SOC 1 report addresses internal controls over financial reporting. A SOC 2 report provides assurance on a service organization's controls based on their compliance with AICPA's Trust Services Criteria.

ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 – The scope of the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification is limited to the information security management system (ISMS) supporting the security operations provided by the NetSuite Global Business Unit (NSGBU) of Oracle America, Inc. and its services, and in accordance with the statement of applicability (SOA), and aligned to meet the control implementation guidance and additional control set of ISO/IEC 27018:2019. The Statement of Applicability (SOA) is a component of NetSuite Global Business Unit's Information Security Management System (ISMS) that was audited and certified compliant with ISO 27001:2013 and aligned with ISO 27018:2019.

SuiteIdeas tab – Depending on your role permission, you can click the link to launch the SuiteIdeas site and submit a new enhancement request or review and vote for existing enhancement requests. See Voting for Enhancements and Requesting an Enhancement in SuiteIdea.
When you want a feature or functionality added to SuiteProjects Pro, visit SuiteIdeas to submit a new enhancement request or vote for an existing idea. SuiteIdeas is only available to users with the NetSuite Support Center role or the NetSuite Support Center (Basic) role.
From the Support tab, use the SuiteIdeas portlet to visit SuiteIdeas and search through all existing NetSuite enhancement requests. You can vote for the ideas of your choice, or enter your own new ideas for making NetSuite better.
Voting for Enhancements
You can visit SuiteIdeas, search through all existing enhancement requests, and vote for any SuiteProjects Pro enhancement ideas. Popular enhancement requests have more chances to get prioritized for delivery.
To search and vote for enhancements:

Click Go to SuiteIdeas in the SuiteIdeas tab.
The SuiteIdeas site opens in a new tab or window, depending on your browser preferences.

Click one of the following links within the SuiteIdeas site:

Search to see if your idea has been requested by others.

Browse for ideas by categories.

View new ideas, the most recently updated ideas, and ideas that have received the most votes.

View the ideas you have voted for.
Clicking an idea opens it in a new window.

If you find the idea you are looking for, click Vote for this Idea.

Rate the idea, and click Submit Vote.
Requesting an Enhancement in SuiteIdea
You can use SuiteIdea to request an enhancement if you do not find the idea you are searching for. Each SuiteIdea is reviewed, and after it is approved, it is listed and can be viewed and voted on by other users.
To request an enhancement:

Click Go to SuiteIdeas in the SuiteIdeas tab.
The SuiteIdeas site opens in a new tab or window, depending on your browser preferences.

Click File a New Idea on the SuiteIdeas home page.

Enter a description of your idea, and click Search Idea.

Review the list of search results to see if your idea has already been entered.

If your idea is not in the list or results, click B at the bottom of the page.

Enter a title for your idea.

Select the product area and feature your idea is related to.

Enter a detailed description of your idea.

Click Submit Idea.
