Expense Attachment Deletion Wizard
You can use the Expense report attachment deletion wizard to delete expense attachments from SuiteProjects Pro and free some of your account storage space. The wizard lets you delete files attached to expense reports and to receipts within these expense reports. To access the wizard go to Home > Home and click Expense report attachment deletion wizard in the Wizards portlet.
You need to specify:

A date range — Attachments will be deleted only if the expense report date is within the specified date range.

An expense report status — You can choose to delete expense attachments for reimbursed expense reports only or approved expense reports only.
After you delete an attachment from SuiteProjects Pro, it cannot be recovered. Only delete attachments if you have downloaded them using the Automatic Backing Service, and if you are confident that you no longer need to match an expense with that attachment.
