Controlling Access to the PSA Center Tab

By default, the PSA center tab is available to all roles. You can restrict access to the PSA center tab to specific roles, employees, subsidiaries, departments, groups, You can also grant access to specific or all customers, vendors and partners.

To control access to SuiteProjects Pro from the PSA center tab in NetSuite:

  1. Go to Customization > Centers and Tabs > Center Tabs.

  2. Locate the row for the PSA center tab and click Edit.

  3. On the Audience subtab, select specific Roles, Employees, Subsidiaries, Departments, Groups, Customers, Vendors and Partners, or check the Select All box to grant access to all users. The user must be either selected or part of a selected group to have access to the PSA center tab.

    Important:

    Users must also have access to the NetSuite as OIDC Provider integration for the SuiteProjects Pro Within NetSuite feature and the Custom Record Entries role permission with View permission level or higher to view SuiteProjects Pro content from the NetSuite UI.   4. Click Save.
