Enable NetSuite opportunity export link in project navigation bar

Check this box only if Enable SuiteProjects Pro project to NetSuite opportunity integration is also enabled.

When enabled, the “Update the NetSuite opportunity line items” link is moved from the Tips section into the header section next to the Edit project link and the link is renamed to Finalize WBS. The link is visible from all tabs on a project page.
