Get Ready for Your SuiteProjects Pro Account Upgrade
SuiteProjects Pro delivers changes to customers in one of three ways:

Major release – SuiteProjects Pro delivers two major releases each year. All production accounts are upgraded at the same time for all major releases of SuiteProjects Pro. All sandbox accounts are upgraded 3 weeks before the production upgrade.
You have access to a release preview account for a short period before your production account is upgraded to a new SuiteProjects Pro release. See Release Preview Guide.
You should prepare for major releases in advance:

Review the feature changes in the upcoming release. Release notes for the upcoming release are available from your sandbox or release preview account. Feature highlights are published several weeks before the production upgrade. See Sneak Peek and Release Notes.

Access your release preview account to try out new functionality and verify that your existing business workflows and account customization test work as expected in the new version. For information about release preview, see Release Preview Guide.

Attend the new features preview webinar or watch the recording available from SuiteAnswers. Our Product Management team presents the features in the upcoming release several weeks before the production upgrade. See New Feature Preview Webinar Replays.

E-fix – An e-fix is a scheduled maintenance release used to resolve customer–reported issues that do not require immediate attention but should be fixed prior to a major release. Each e-fix is rolled out to all production and sandbox accounts at the same time.

Hot push – A hot push is an update that occurs outside of the release schedule to fix critical customer-reported issues that cannot wait for the next scheduled e-fix. A hot push is rolled out to all production and sandbox accounts at the same time.
