Deleting Timesheets
Depending on your access profile, you can delete timesheets at any time before they are approved. You can delete one open, submitted or rejected timesheet at a time or several at the same time.
Deleting a Timesheet
Depending on your access profile, you can delete a timesheet at any time before it's approved.
To delete a timesheet:

Go to Timesheets > Timesheets – [Select Open, Submitted or Rejected] > [Select a timesheet] > Properties.

Click Delete.
A confirmation message appears.

Click OK to delete the timesheet.
Deleting Multiple Timesheets
Depending on your access profile, you can delete several open or rejected timesheets at the same time from the timesheet list using bulk actions. For more information see Bulk Actions.
To delete multiple timesheets:

Go to Timesheets > Timesheets – [Select Open, Submitted or Rejected].

Check the box next to the timesheets you want to delete.

Click Bulk Actions in the list toolbar or press the shortcut key
B
.The Actions window appears.

Choose Delete the selected timesheets.

Click OK to delete the selected timesheets and return to the list.
