Connect to Your OCI Paid Account
If you've determined that you require the additional resources you get with your own OCI paid account, as opposed to the built-in free account, you'll need to connect it to your VB Studio instance.
- Before you do anything, make sure you have the required roles. See Get the Right Roles.
- You can then configure VB Studio to connect to your own OCI paid account.
- If you haven't created a VB Studio instance yet, you can create the instance and connect it to your OCI paid account at the same time. See Create a VB Studio Instance in Your Oracle Cloud Account.
- If your VB Studio instance already exists, you can switch OCI accounts. See Change Your OCI Account.
If you aren't authorized to create and manage OCI resources, ask someone who can, like your tenancy administrator.
If you ever need to switch OCI compartments or accounts, refer to the topics in Manage the VB Studio Instance.
