Confirm that a Feature Is Available in Your Realm
In general, new features are available in an instance when the instance is updated to the latest release. However, some realms experience a delay before they receive the new feature.
The delay is typically a few weeks or less. However, in rare cases, the delay is longer. The following table identifies the features that aren't yet available in specific realms. To learn more about realms, see Regions and Availability Domains in the OCI documentation.
