View AI-Powered Summary for Errored B2B Messages

You can view AI insights for errored B2B messages (business messages and wire messages). The AI-powered summary contains information about the root cause for the errors that might help you identify the issues in the failed messages. It also provides possible solutions that might help you resolve the issues in the failed messages.

AI features are available in select regions. See AI Feature Availability in Using Integrations in Oracle Integration 3.
  1. Decide where to start:
    • Work in a project.
      1. In the navigation pane, click Projects.
      2. Click the project name.
      3. Click Observe.
      4. Click B2B B2B icon.
    • Work outside a project.
      1. In the navigation pane, click Observability, then B2B tracking.
  2. On the Business messages or Wire messages tab, hover over an errored message row to see the actions you can perform on it.
  3. Click Open Details Open Details icon to view an AI-powered summary describing the root cause for the failure and possible solutions that might help you resolve the error. The message logs link is available below the solutions to view the information available in the logs.
