Clone a Workflow or Form
Cloning a workflow or form offers several key benefits.
- Saves time and effort: You can quickly create a new workflow or form based on an existing design, eliminating the need to build from scratch.
- Supports customization: You can use the cloned version as a starting point and modify it to fit new or slightly different requirements without affecting the original.
- Ensures consistency: Cloning maintains standardization and best practices by reusing proven structures and logic from existing workflows or forms.
Clone a Workflow
- Open a project.
- In the navigation pane, select Projects.
- Select the project name.
- In the left toolbar, select Human in the loop
.
- In the Workflow section, point to the workflow you want to clone, click
, and then select Clone.
- In the Clone workflow panel:
- Enter a name and description for the workflow. Update the version if necessary.
- Click Clone.
A new workflow is created and listed in the Workflow section.
Clone a Form
- Open a project.
- In the navigation pane, select Projects.
- Select the project name.
- In the left toolbar, select Human in the loop
. - In the Forms section, point to the form you want to clone, click
, and then select Clone. - In the Clone form panel:
- Enter a name and description for the form. Update the version if necessary.
- Click Clone.
A new form is created and listed in the Form section.
