If You Select Avro Schema (AVSC) document
| Element | Description |

| Schema Subject | Specify the subject associated with the schema registry. Note: This field is populated if the default schema is configured for Topic Value. |
| Schema Version | Specify the version associated with the schema registry. |
If You Select XML schema (XSD) document or Sample XML document
| Element | Description |

| Select File | Select a file or drop one in the Drag and Drop field. Once selected, the file name is displayed in the File Name field. |
| Element | Select the element if you specified an XSD file. |
