Oracle Access Governance connects to ServiceNow (UM) by way of the Oracle Identity Management and Access Governance Integration application. This app is certified and available from the ServiceNow marketplace, and should be installed into your ServiceNow instance. When you create a ServiceNow (UM) orchestrated system in Oracle Access Governance you provide details of how to connect to the app. Once configured, the Oracle Identity Management and Access Governance Integration application enables the following features:
  • Centralized User Provisioning:

    Perform ServiceNow user identity updates. Create, modify, and deactivate accounts from within Oracle Access Governance.

    Assign or revoke ServiceNow roles and group memberships using governance policies defined in Oracle Access Governance
