User Access by Application Modules

Use this chart to view unique user access count by Application Modules in EnterpriseOne. The graph is based on the Object Usage Tracking Detail table (F98911) and can show the unique users accessing each module.
Note: After you install the EnterpriseOne User Defined Object: UDO_9.2_10637, the pie graph is updated to a bar graph.

You can use the available fields to filter the data.

  • The Begin Date and End Date fields determine the date range for which you want to view the user access count.
  • For the Modules field, All Modules is selected by default. Use the dropdown menu to select the appropriate module.

The dropdown menu lists only those application modules that have been accessed within the date range.

Click the refresh icon, next to the module dropdown, after you change the Application Module to refresh the data.

You can select or deselect specific application modules from the legend to filter the data in the chart.

Use the tooltip on the left-hand corner to open the Application User Access Tracking filters. Click the Filter icon to access the Grid Level Filters. Use the plus sign to add the grid level filters to the additional filters section. For each selected filter, you can define the required value as equal, not equal, starts with, and so on. Select Allow Override option if you want to override the filter.

Select the Match Type for the conditions you define in the Additional Filters sections. You have the option to either Match All or Match Any.

After you have selected all the filters, click OK.
Note: Use the default condition in case the system displays Query definition is required. Create a query under additional filters, select match all and create a condition, for example User ID not blank.
Important: Form Level Filters and Application Query are not available to select for Application Usage Tracking.
