Deleting Available Content from Excel-based Reference Doclets Using the Panel

To delete available content from the reference doclet using the panel:
  1. Open the report package.
  2. Open, and then check out the reference doclet.
    The reference doclet should open in Excel. If you opened the report package in Word or PowerPoint, Excel is launched when opening the reference doclet.
  3. In the Report Package panel, select Available Content from the drop-down menu (as shown in Figure 23-32 in Updating Excel-based Reference Doclets Using the Panel).

    The Available Content panel is displayed, as shown in Figure 23-33 in Updating Excel-based Reference Doclets Using the Panel.

  4. Select an available content in the list.
  5. Click the More Actions button, More Actions button, and select Delete.

    In Figure 23-39, the Delete action is selected.

    The selected available content is removed from the list.

  6. When finished with all updates to the reference doclet, including deleting available content, upload it and check it in.
