Previewing the POV in Reports
Previewing the POV gives you the ability to control and edit it before importing or inserting a report.
In Oracle Smart View for Office 23.100+, when you import or insert a report from a Cloud EPM business process or Narrative Reporting, you can preview and set the POV.
Before you begin, you need to enable the User Preference option for Reports, Preview POV, in the web application as follows:
- In Narrative Reporting, navigate to Tools, select User Preferences, and then select the Preview POV check box in the Reporting tab.
- From an Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management business process, navigate to Tools, select User Preferences, and then select the Preview POV check box in the Reports tab.
After saving the user preferences, restart Microsoft Excel if it is already open, and connect to the business process in Smart View.
