View Customer Credit Hold Status in the Contact Center UI

Service agents can now view a customer's credit hold status directly in the Contact Center user interface. This feature is available in both the HTML and Forms versions of the application.

  • Provides service agents with immediate visibility of the customer’s credit status during interactions.

Enable the Credit Hold field through the Folder functionality in the Contact Center windows or use personalization in HTML Contact Center.
