Pull TAS and BETC Reference Data for Updated Groups

The TAS and BETC reference data stored in the ERP system need to stay consistent with what is maintained centrally in G-Invoicing. In order to optimize performance of the integration with the G-Invoicing system, TAS and BETC reference data will only be pulled for groups that have been updated since the last pull. Prior to Release 12.2.15, the IGT groups pull program retrieved TAS and BETC reference data for all groups.

A new parameter Pull TAS-BETCs is added to the Intragovernmental Groups for Agency Interface concurrent program that allows an agency to pull TAS and BETC for either all groups or only updated groups. If the agency selects to pull TAS and BETCs for a Modified Groups, then the TAS and BETC data are synchronized from the last run date of the Intragovernmental Groups for Agency Interface concurrent program.

Agencies can now sync TAS-BETCs

  • For all groups when the new fiscal year starts
  • Synchronize only for modified groups during the fiscal year
  • Synchronize for all groups into cloned test instances with a different group structure
