Create POs with Advanced Financial Options Derived from Global Blanket Purchase Agreement (GBPA)

You can now create purchase orders with advanced financial options (including advances, retainage, and recoupment), which are derived from the associated global blank purchase agreement (GBPA). With this feature, you no longer need to create new document styles to include the advanced financial options. This feature increases control and efficiency by ensuring that POs use the agreed upon advanced financial terms in the associated global blanket purchase agreement.

Changes to Existing flow :
You can create purchase orders with advance financial options when sourcing from a global blanket purchase agreement (GBPA), even if the GBPA uses a different document style.

Screens / Flows Impacted :

  1. Create or update a purchase order through Buyer Work Center (BWC): On the Lines page, the Source Document list of values (LOV) now displays agreements from different styles as well.Update Line Page Doc Style LOV

  2. Auto-create a purchase order using Demand Workbench: The Document Style field is editable, and the LOV includes styles that differ from the style of the selected agreement.DWB Doc Style LOV
