Steps to Enable

Profile Option Description
WIP: Ignore Completed Operations for Backward Scheduling

This profile option enables the backward scheduling of in-progress and yet to start operations only, without operations which are fully completed. This is also applicable for mid-point scheduling of operations that are earlier than the mid-point operation.

Use the following values:

  • Yes - Only in-progress and yet to start operations are selected for backward scheduling. The completed operations are ignored and are not rescheduled.
  • No - This is the default value.

Note: Whether you set this profile option to Yes or No, forward scheduling of operations is not affected and all the operations including the completed operations are rescheduled.

Tips And Considerations

The profile option "WIP: Ignore Completed Operations for Backward Scheduling" is not applicable when:

  • You reschedule the job to start in a future date.
  • You try to backward schedule but the schedule overlaps with the completed operation.
