Identify and Resolve Install Base Data Quality Issues

The Install Base Error Correction program now offers enhanced capabilities for identifying and resolving data quality issues, including:

  • The ability to remove Synchronization Mode (S mode), preventing the program from operating in this mode.
  • The option to execute the program for specific items, errors, or transactions.

The Error Correction and Synchronization Program uses approximately 20 targeted data fix routines, each designed to resolve common user data errors. These routines are accessible via lookups, allowing users to select the one most appropriate for their needs.

Additionally, the Installed Base “Integration Fix - Non Serial or Serial at Sales Order Issue” program reprocesses all error transactions related to non-serialized items or serialized items at the sales order issue stage.

With this release, the Error Correction, Synchronization, and Integration Fix programs have been consolidated into a single unified program. Moving forward, the 'Error Correction and Synchronization' program is the sole solution for managing Installed Base errors.

New routines have been added to address the most frequent user mistakes.

NOTE: Due to observed data corruption issues, Synchronization mode (S mode) has been removed to prevent potential data problems.
