Add or View Attachments for Open Work Requests

To improve usability, several enhancements have been made to Work Request notifications and actions:

  • You can now perform additional actions directly from Work Request notifications, such as accessing the Work Request via a hyperlink and attaching files when the request has an Open status. This allows you to add or view attachments for Open Work Requests, providing more details to help with prioritization and follow-up.
  • When a Work Request is in workflow, selecting the “Additional Information” action will update its status. Requests in this status are now editable, allowing users to make changes and resubmit them for approval.
  • In the Request tab under the Work Orders menu, the results table now displays the Work Request number as a clickable hyperlink for easier access.

Attachments for Open Work Requests can now be added or viewed, making it easier to provide additional details and support effective prioritization and follow-up.
