Full Stack Disaster Recovery introduces support for adding a user-defined precheck and provides other updates

Full Stack Disaster Recovery introduces the following new features. Now, you can:
- Add a user-defined precheck to a Disaster Recovery (DR) plan. See Add User-Defined Precheck for more details.
- Assign a reserved public IP address to an instance after the instance is moved to the destination DR protection group. See Add a Moving Instance to a Disaster Recovery Protection Group for more details.
- Specify multiple mount points when attaching a single block volume or a logical volume (LVM) to a non-moving instance. See Add a Non-Moving Instance to a Disaster Recovery Protection Group for more details.
- Specify a backup policy to be configured after a volume group is moved to the destination region. See Add a Volume Group to a Disaster Recovery Protection Group for more details.
- Specify customer-managed encryption keys (CMK) to be applied after a volume group is moved to the destination region. See Add a Volume Group to a Disaster Recovery Protection Group for more details.
- Specify a snapshot policy to be configured after a file system is moved to the destination region. See Add a File System to a Disaster Recovery Protection Group for more details.
