MySQL Connector/NET Release Notes
The following are the updated version requirements of Connector/NET on some of the third-party libraries it uses (see Connector/NET Installation for details):

The test
GetSchemaReturnColumnsByOrdinalPosition() in
the testsuite failed because the server has changed the
precision for displaying floating values resulted from
arithmatic operations. The patch fixes the test.

Performing a database migration using
MySql.EntityFrameworkCore 9.0.0 or later
resulted in a SQL syntax error.

Timeout testing for Connector/NET used non-existing server addresses, which caused unexpected behaviors. With this fix, the tests now use mock servers instead. (WL #16033)
