Given a plugin structure and an option name, returns the option value. If the plugin does not have an option handler, an error occurs.
Specify the arguments as follows:
plugin: A pointer to the plugin
structure.
option: The name of the option for
which the value is to be returned.
value: A pointer to the option value.
mysql_plugin_get_option() was
added in MySQL 8.0.27.
