HeatWave: Support for Version 9.3.1

HeatWave now supports MySQL database 9.3.1. This is the latest Innovation release. It provides security and bug fixes in addition to feature enhancements. You can select version 9.3.1 when creating a new DB system. For existing DB systems, you must manually upgrade them to newer version, such as from version 9.3.0 to 9.3.1.

HeatWave version 9.3.1 (Innovation) supports creating asynchronous tasks for long-running queries and commands, allowing them to run in the background. HeatWave GenAI is now available on all HeatWave Cluster shapes, including the HeatWave.Free shape. HeatWave Lakehouse now supports seamless loading of highly-encoded Parquet files and supports exporting query results to Object Storage as Newline Delimited-JSON files. If you are keen to leverage the most recent advancements and enhancements, and stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies, then the Innovation release might be the best fit for you. On the other hand, if your application requires established behavior, the LTS (8.4.x) or Bugfix (8.0.x) releases are more suitable.
