Unified Monitoring Agent 0.1.38 released

A new release of the Unified Monitoring Agent (UMA) is now available with the following major updates:

• Added support for resource principals for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring service.
• Excluded the following warning statement from the journalctl logs of the service:

  warning: JSON.generate: UTF-8 string passed as BINARY, this will raise an encoding error in json 3.0
