Support for Demand Signal

OCI Control Center now supports Demand Signal feature for allow listed customers to communicate forecasting needs by creating demand signals for OCI resources in various namespaces through the OCI Console, API, or template upload. The demands are then accepted and processed by Oracle for timely status update and delivery.
