This image includes the following known issue:
Details: When an Oracle Linux 7.7 custom image from a bare metal shape is used as the boot volume on other bare metal shapes (of different hardware), kernel core files that are required for the new shape cannot be saved. This is due to missing drivers for the new shape in the kdump RAM disk image. VMs with paravirtualized boot volumes are not susceptible to this issue.
Workaround: To preempt or recover from this issue, restart the kdump service by running the following command: systemctl restart kdump
