Working With the Database Tools Model Context Protocol Server

Database Tools Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server is a managed, multi-tenant service that enables MCP clients to securely access Oracle AI Database through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

The service integrates with OAuth 2.0 in OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM) Identity Domains for enterprise-grade access control and supports both OAuth authorization flows and Personal Access Tokens. It includes built-in tools and supports custom SQL and PL/SQL tools, with access controlled through application roles assigned to users and groups.
