Fan Module (FM) Indicators

Each fan module (FM) has two indicators arranged in a single row and from left to right as shown in the following figure of the front of the FM.

Fault-Service Required
Service Action Required LED icon

Amber

Indicates a fault state in a fan module:

  • Off – Fan module is operating normally,

  • Steady On – A fault is present in the fan module.

OK LED icon

Green

Indicates the functional state of the fan module:

  • Off – Fan module is powered off or functioning abnormally.

  • Steady On – Fan module is powered on and functioning normally.
