Asynchronous Firmware Update for CLI

As of Oracle ILOM firmware version 5.1.2, the -nowait option can be used to upload a new firmware image in the background when using the CLI interface. After the upload has completed, manually reboot the server. To determine if the upload has completed, use command show /SP/firmware/update_status.
