3 Related User Space Packages

To expose newly added functionality that is included in UEK R7, several user space binary packages are required. Some of these packages are separate from the packages that are included in the base distribution.

The packages that are listed in the following table are specific to user space functionality. The versions listed are tested to take advantage of the features that are available in UEK R7. If you use any of the packages that are listed with UEK R7, you should update the package to the latest version for full compatibility with all of the features that are included in this release. Note that btrfs-progs, ocfs2-tools and the user space packages released in the UEK R7 repository are only supported with UEK R7 and should not be installed with the RHCK kernel.
