Edit Blueprint

Using the Image Builder page, Cockpit administrators can edit saved blueprints on the host.

Steps

Using the Cockpit web console, follow these steps to edit a blueprint file saved on the host.

  1. In the Cockpit navigation pane, click Image Builder.
    The Image Builder page appears.
  2. In the Image Builder page, do the following:
    1. Click the Blueprints link to view all the saved blueprints.
    2. Navigate to the name of the blueprint that you want to edit, and then click the blueprint name.
      The user-defined blueprint page appears displaying the blueprint components.
    3. In the user-defined blueprint page, click Edit blueprint.
      The Edit blueprint dialog appears.
    4. In the Edit blueprint dialog, change any of the blueprint configuration settings (Details, Packages, Customizations) as needed, and then scroll to the Review section and click Save to apply the changes.
