Oracle Diagnostic Logging (ODL) is used as the logging system in WebCenter Sites 12c (and higher) installations. The logging-config.xml file enables you to identify your loggers, set default log levels, and add new loggers for your WebCenter Sites system. Your changes to this file take effect when you restart WebCenter Sites.
