Sets the estimated time (the time between assignment and the deadline) of the workflow state.

Syntax

      NAME="workflow state object name" 
      TIME="estimated time" />

Parameters

NAME (required)

Name of the workflow state object.

TIME (required)

Time in milliseconds between the assignment and the deadline.
