vdm:getalias

Retrieves the alias string for the current visitor if there is one.

Syntax

<vdm:getalias 
      key="keyvalue" 
      varname="varname"/> 

Parameters

key (required)

Input parameter. Identifying key value for the current visitor (for example, a site cookie).

varname (required)

Input and output parameter. As input, name of the variable to assign the value of the alias on output.

Description

Use this tag for debugging during the development phase.
